Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct reservoir performance analysis, simulation, and forecasting studies
• Develop reservoir management strategies to optimize oil and gas recovery
• Analyze geological, petrophysical, and production data for reservoir evaluation
• Support field development planning and reserve estimation activities
• Monitor reservoir performance and recommend production enhancement solutions
• Collaborate with drilling, production, and geoscience teams for integrated project execution
• Prepare technical reports, reservoir models, and engineering recommendations
• Identify risks and opportunities related to reservoir development and production
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, HSE regulations, and operational procedures
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior reservoir engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering field
• Master’s Degree is an advantage
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in reservoir engineering within the oil and gas industry
• Strong knowledge of reservoir simulation software and reservoir management techniques
• Experience in field development planning and production optimization
• Familiarity with reserve estimation and uncertainty analysis
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
• Knowledge of HSE standards and international oil & gas regulations
