Permanent Senior Research Coordinator role supporting the Equity Research team and its analysts and leaders.
Reports to the department’s Business Manager and serves as an operational and administrative partner.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, visa requirements, and approvals.
- Manage calendars, administrative activities, and operational priorities for department stakeholders.
- Maintain client information, marketing materials, contact databases, and reporting tools.
- Prepare and track expense reports, travel expenses, management reports, and regulatory documentation.
- Support onboarding, employee records, vacation tracking, and departmental administration.
- Coordinate technology, market data, and system access requests; work with internal partners to resolve issues.
Requirements
- College diploma, university certificate, or bachelor’s degree in administration, business, finance, or a related field, with relevant coordination or operational support experience.
- Experience coordinating complex travel, expenses, and executive or departmental administration.
- Experience with data management tools, reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting.
- Knowledge of financial services, capital markets, research, or a similar environment.
- English is an additional required language.
Asset
- Vendor, market data, or technology access request experience is an asset.
