• Sales & Business Development
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly mortgage sales targets
- Source new business through:
- + Direct customer engagement
- + Referrals and personal networks
- + Real estate brokers and developers
- Identify cross-selling opportunities (e.g., CASA, insurance, credit cards)
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Provide tailored mortgage solutions based on customer needs
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the home financing journey
- Customer Experience
- Ensure seamless onboarding and end-to-end handling of mortgage applications
- Deliver high service standards and timely communication to customers
- Address customer queries and concerns proactively
• Process & Compliance
- Ensure all applications comply with credit policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for timely approvals
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submission
- Market Awareness
- Stay updated on:
- + Market trends and property landscape
- + Competitor mortgage offerings
- + Regulatory changes
- Provide feedback to improve product offerings and processes
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Operates within the bank’s sales strategy, compliance guidelines, and customer service standards.
- Adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management protocols.
- Follows approved product programs, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns.
