Key Responsibilities
- Manage student registration processes including add/drop, prerequisite management, and enrollment activities.
- Coordinate course scheduling, timetable preparation, section creation, and room allocation.
- Maintain student records and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Support academic reporting, term setup, UAT testing, and data validation activities.
- Coordinate with faculty, academic departments, and administrative teams to ensure smooth registration cycles.
- Prepare reports for audits, accreditation requirements, and institutional planning.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to student services and academic operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Education Administration, Student Affairs, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Admissions, Registration, Registrar Services, Student Records, or Academic Administration within Higher Education.
- Hands-on experience with Ellucian Banner SaaS, particularly Registration, Scheduling, Student Records, and Reporting modules.
- Strong understanding of academic operations, curriculum structures, and the student lifecycle.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred
- Experience with LMS platforms such as Canvas or Moodle.
- Exposure to accreditation, audit support, and institutional reporting.
