Senior Quantity Surveyor
About This Role
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in civil construction projects
- Proven experience working with contracting companies
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and contract administration
- Experience in variations, claims, and tendering processes
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and commercial management
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
- Manage project budgets and cost control
- Evaluate variations, claims, and subcontractor payments
- Conduct site measurements and valuations
- Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements
- Coordinate with project teams for cost planning and reporting
