About This Role
Job Description
- Manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reporting for large-scale roads, drainage, and utilities projects.
- Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and oversee procurement.
- Administer contracts, variations, claims, and payment certifications.
- Provide commercial advice, value engineering input, and risk management support.
- Liaise with Ashghal, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve commercial issues.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Professional membership (MRICS, MCIArb) preferred.
- 15+ years’ experience (5+ in infrastructure projects in the Middle East).
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and cost management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- MMUP registration mandatory
