Local hiring with valid Qatar ID & Driving license
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum **10 years of overall Quantity Surveying/Commercial experience**.
- At least **5 years of experience on infrastructure projects in Qatar**.
- Proven experience in **roads, drainage, and utility infrastructure projects**.
- Previous experience on **Ashghal (PWA) projects** is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to **lead and manage a QS team** while maintaining effective communication with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills & Competencies
- Preparation, submission, and certification of **Interim Payment Applications (IPA)**.
- Expertise in **quantity measurement, verification, and reconciliation**.
- Strong knowledge of **variation management and claims preparation/assessment**.
- Experience in **new rate analysis, pricing, and commercial negotiations**.
- Preparation, negotiation, and settlement of **final accounts**.
- Thorough understanding of **Ashghal infrastructure contracts and commercial procedures**.
Key Requirement
- Must have successfully closed at least one major infrastructure project from commencement to final account, including variations and final account negotiations.
