Post-contract responsibilities

• Review documentation submitted for advances, payment guarantees, and bonds.
• Ensure monthly interim payments and supporting documentation are submitted in order.
• Review and process interim payment certifications within required business timelines.
• Review variation and claim submissions and prepare substantiation to approve or reject them.
• Update construction and project budgets based on payment certifications and variations.
• Finalize variations and subcontractor final accounts.
• Finalize main works contractor accounts.
