- The **Senior Quantity Surveyor** at HanmiGlobal Saudi will play a critical role in cost planning and contract management throughout all stages of construction projects.
- This role involves accurate cost estimation, contract administration, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- **Key Responsibilities*** Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and budget forecasts.
- Analyze project documentation and tender submissions.
- Administer contracts and manage claims, variations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with project teams to align cost management with project objectives.
- Monitor progress payments and financial status of projects.
- Maintain thorough records of all contractual correspondence and cost reports.
- Support risk management by identifying financial risks and proposing mitigation plans.
- Provide guidance and leadership to junior quantity surveying staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in quantity surveying within the construction sector.
- Familiarity with industry-standard quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working experience in PMC/PMO, Consultant Companies.
