We are hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Officer to oversee quality, health, safety, and especially food safety across our operations. The role focuses on maintaining high hygiene standards and ensuring full compliance with HACCP and local food safety regulations.

The position is responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards across all operations by implementing effective procedures, monitoring daily practices, and delivering staff training. The role involves overseeing proper food handling, storage, hygiene, and quality controls to prevent risks and maintain operational standards.

Responsibilities also include conducting regular inspections and audits, maintaining accurate records, addressing non-compliance issues, and supporting regulatory requirements. The candidate will work closely with operations teams to ensure consistent standards and support ongoing and new business activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in food safety and QHSE within F&B or hospitality, along with HACCP certification and good knowledge of local regulations.
• Strong communication and training skills are essential.
• Prefer locally available candidates holding a transferable work visa.
