Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience to support the procurement team in sourcing, purchasing, and maintaining supplier records. The candidate will also handle data entry and ensure accurate documentation of all procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
• Maintain and update supplier database and records
• Compare prices and evaluate vendor proposals
• Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Handle data entry related to procurement activities
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, LPOs, and contracts
• Assist in inventory monitoring and stock control
• Support audits by preparing required documents

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant industry is an advantage
