Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager who will take full ownership of our quality assurance strategy across production, packaging, and distribution.

You are not only responsible for inspection and compliance; you are shaping the definition of luxury quality across the entire product lifecycle.

You will lead a small but highly focused team, ensuring every product leaving our facilities meets the highest standards of consistency, safety, and presentation excellence.

Quality System Ownership: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance frameworks across manufacturing, packaging, and logistics operations.

End-to-End Quality Control: Oversee inspection and testing processes from raw material sourcing through to finished product release, ensuring zero compromise on product integrity.

Team Leadership: Lead and develop QA officers and inspectors.

Conduct training programs and performance evaluations to build a strong quality culture across teams.

Audit and Compliance: Manage internal audits and ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and industry certifications.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with production, supply chain, and operations teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

6+ years in Quality Assurance, Food Manufacturing, or FMCG quality control, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of HACCP principles, quality management systems, and food safety compliance standards.

Tools: Experience with QA documentation systems, inspection workflows, and production tracking tools.

Language Skills: English (B2/C1) required for internal coordination and reporting.

Arabic is an advantage for supplier and regulatory communication.

Mindset: You are structured, detail oriented, and process driven.

You understand how to balance strict compliance requirements with efficient production workflows in a luxury manufacturing environment.

Pay: ﷼20,000.00 - ﷼28,000.00 per month
