Role Overview
Improve how quality and operational data is collected, managed and used across the GB&I business.
Work across Quality, Operations, IT, IMS, Compliance and Data and Analytics to simplify processes and improve data quality.
Support digital transformation, reporting automation and business insight development.
Key Duties
- Review and improve processes, data flows and reporting across Quality and Operations.
- Help create a single source of truth for business data.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs and automated reports using SAP, Excel, Power BI, Power Query, ETQ and AWS.
- Support ETQ development, digital quality systems and data warehouse improvements.
- Identify automation and AI opportunities to reduce manual processes.
- Analyse quality and operational data for trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Support data governance, standardisation and data quality initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams on digital and continuous improvement projects.
- Share knowledge and support colleagues using data and digital tools.
About You
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, process improvement and process mapping.
- Experience with Excel, Power Query or Power BI.
- Experience with data quality, governance, automation and digital transformation.
- Experience working with multiple systems and stakeholders.
- Curious, collaborative and keen to find smarter ways of working.
- Experience with SAP, ETQ, AWS, data warehouses or manufacturing and quality systems is advantageous.
