Senior QC Multi Inspector (Fabrication)

We are seeking an experienced Multi‑Discipline Senior QC Inspector with a strong background in fabrication works for large‑scale EPC oil & gas projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance across multiple disciplines in accordance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior QC Multi Inspector (Fabrication) you will:

• Lead and perform QC inspections across multiple disciplines, including: Mechanical (fabrication, piping, structural), Welding & NDT Coordination, Painting and Coating, Insulation & Fireproofing)
• Oversee and monitor fabrication yard activities to ensure compliance with approved ITPs, QCPs, drawings, and specifications
• Review and approve method statements, inspection reports, material certificates, and test records
• Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and third‑party inspectors
• Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (ASME, API, AWS, ISO, ASTM, NACE, SSPC)
• Identify quality issues, raise NCRs, and lead corrective and preventive actions
• Mentor junior QC inspectors and support the QA/QC Manager
• Ensure proper calibration and use of inspection instruments
• Support project quality audits and close‑out documentation

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of QC experience in EPC oil & gas projects
• Proven fabrication yard experience is mandatory
• Hands‑on experience with QA/QC documentation and reporting systems

Education / Training / Certifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• ISO 9001 internal auditor certification
• Certifications in CSWIP, NDT, NACE, BGAS would be an advantage

Skills/Competencies

• Strong knowledge of multi‑discipline inspection activities
• Hands‑on experience with QA/QC documentation and reporting systems
• Familiarity with major oil & gas client specifications (e.g., ADNOC, Aramco, Shell, Total, etc. – advantage)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
