Responsibilities

• Own product quality OKRs and analyze customer-reported failure patterns.
• Build and maintain Playwright automation in TypeScript across UI, integration, and unit layers.
• Own the quality gate for release cycles and review pull requests lacking test coverage.
• Collaborate with an offshore QA team on regression execution.
• Partner with engineering to resolve release-blocking issues.
• Develop end-to-end test plans for features and releases.
• Advocate for quality during deployment and improve testing practices.
• Improve QA processes, tooling, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end QA ownership in a fast-moving SaaS environment is required.
• Strong Playwright and TypeScript skills are required.
• Working knowledge of the testing pyramid and test-layer selection is required.
• Cross-functional collaboration on test plans and coverage decisions is required.
• Attention to detail and a customer-first orientation are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS release workflows, performance testing, or accessibility testing is desirable.
• Experience with financial, transactional, or contract workflows is desirable.
• Procurement, spend management, or contract management domain knowledge is desirable.
• Familiarity with Python, Selenium WebDriver, or Cypress is desirable.

Compensation

• The stated salary range is $157,250 to $194,250.
• Compensation may reflect location, relevant experience, education, skills, and expertise.
