This role is pivotal in managing tenant relationships, ensuring their concerns are addressed efficiently, and enhancing overall tenant satisfaction.
The Senior Tenant Relations Officer will act as a key point of contact for tenants, lead initiatives to improve tenant engagement, and work closely with property management teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants to promote satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with maintenance, leasing, and other departments to address tenant needs and resolve issues swiftly
- Assist in the onboarding of new tenants and the smooth transition of move-outs
- Monitor tenant feedback and implement strategies to enhance tenant experience
- Prepare regular reports on tenant relations metrics and recommend improvements
- Mentor and support junior tenant relations staff and assist in training where needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in tenant relations or property management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and manage escalations professionally
- Experienced in using property management software and CRM tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail
