What the Role Demands:

• Direct Execution: Manage client inquiries for ready and resale properties across Dubai’s prime areas.
• Inventory Control: Build and maintain your own database of buyers, sellers, and landlords while leveraging company inventory.
• High Velocity: Conduct viewings, negotiate aggressively, and move deals to closure with urgency.
• Market Authority: Provide real insights and valuations, be the expert the client trusts with their millions.
• Discipline: 100% CRM mastery. If it’s not in the system, it doesn’t exist.

What We Look For:

• Experience: At least 1 year in Dubai Real Estate (Secondary or Leasing preferred). We will consider high-potential individuals with a proven sales track record in other industries.
• The "Dubai Edge": You understand the hustle. You have a valid UAE Driving License and a car (is an advantage).
• Communication: Fluent English is a must. You should be able to influence, build trust, and handle tough objections.
• Mindset: You are self-motivated and target-driven. You prefer high commission over a "safe" basic salary because you know your worth.
