Job Description

**Property Solvers Real Estate** is not just another brokerage.

What The Role Demands

  • **Direct Execution:** Manage client inquiries for ready and resale properties across Dubai’s prime areas.
  • **Inventory Control:** Build and maintain your own database of buyers, sellers, and landlords while leveraging company inventory.
  • **High Velocity:** Conduct viewings, negotiate aggressively, and move deals to closure with urgency.
  • **Market Authority:** Provide real insights and valuations, be the expert the client trusts with their millions.
  • **Discipline:** 100% CRM mastery. If it’s not in the system, it doesn’t exist.

What We Look For

  • **Experience:** At least 1 year in Dubai Real Estate (Secondary or Leasing preferred). We will consider high-potential individuals with a proven sales track record in other industries.
  • **The "Dubai Edge":** You understand the hustle. You have a valid UAE Driving License and a car (is an advantage).
  • **Communication:** Fluent English is a must. You should be able to influence, build trust, and handle tough objections.
  • **Mindset:** You are self-motivated and target-driven. You prefer high commission over a "safe" basic salary because you know your worth.
