Duties And Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and requirements to provide tailored real estate solutions.
• Conduct property viewings for both secondary and off-plan properties.
• Negotiate deals to ensure that both buyers and sellers achieve their goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and developments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Preferrably have at least **1-2 years of real estate experience** in the UAE.
• **Proven track record** as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market with strong networking..
• Results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
• Valid UAE driver's license (preferred).
• Broker's License (preferred).
• Pay: From AED10,000.00 per hour
