Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly driven **Senior Property Consultant** to join our dynamic real estate team.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who understands the full spectrum of property sales, client relationship management, and market strategy.
You will play a key role in driving revenue and representing the company as a trusted advisor in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- **Lead and manage the full sales cycle**: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- **Build and maintain a strong client portfolio**, ensuring long‑term relationships and repeat business.
- **Provide expert guidance** on market trends, investment opportunities, pricing strategies, and property valuations.
- **Conduct property viewings**, presentations, and consultations with high‑net‑worth clients.
- **Collaborate with marketing and operations teams** to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- **Mentor and support junior consultants**, sharing best practices and contributing to team development.
- **Stay updated on market regulations**, developer launches, and competitive landscape.
- **Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets** with consistency and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 **years of proven real estate sales experience**, preferably in a competitive or luxury market.
- Strong understanding of **local property laws, market dynamics, and investment trends**.
- Exceptional **communication, negotiation, and closing skills**.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high‑value clients and complex transactions.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid **driving license** and access to transportation (if applicable).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
