We are expanding our elite team and looking for a **driven, well-presented Senior Property Consultant** to work with **premium, high-value, and iconic properties**.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the sale and leasing of **high-end and exclusive properties**
- Conduct property viewings, inspections, and client presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and leads
- Support negotiations, offers, contracts, and transaction processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or client-facing roles is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented, confident, and client-focused personality
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven mindset
- Real estate license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
