About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Identify client needs and provide tailored property solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate/property consultancy (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
