Property Consultant – Commercial Specialist (Team Lead)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Consultant (Team Lead) to drive sales and lead a high-performing team. The candidate will specialize in commercial property leasing and sales while managing client relationships and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of property consultants
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Handle commercial property leasing and sales transactions
- Generate leads and build a strong client network
- Maintain relationships with landlords, investors, and corporate clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Train and mentor team members
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in UAE real estate (commercial preferred)
- Proven team handling experience
- Strong knowledge of Dubai commercial market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- RERA certification preferred
- UAE driving license is an advantage
