About The Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Property Associate to join our Off-Plan team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a high-performing real estate professional with a strong understanding of the off-plan market, excellent client management skills, and a proven ability to close deals in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients interested in off-plan property investments
- Source new leads through networking, referrals, and market outreach
- Advise clients on off-plan opportunities, market trends, and investment strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders
- Conduct property presentations, virtual consultations, and site visits
- Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate regulations, launches, and market dynamics
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Dubai real estate, with a focus on off-plan sales
- Proven track record of successful property transactions
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a commission-based environment
- RERA certification (preferred)
- Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred)
