• Work with buyers and investors to understand their goals
• Advise clients on both off-plan developments and secondary market opportunities
• Conduct market research and stay up to date with new launches and resale trends
• Build and manage your own client portfolio
• Attend developer presentations, property viewings, and industry events
• Negotiate and support clients through the full sales process
