Senior Property Advisor | Off-Plan & Secondary Sales

Role overview

What you will do

• Advise clients on off-plan and secondary-market opportunities and recommend properties that fit investment and lifestyle objectives.
• Build relationships with investors, end-users, landlords, and property owners.
• Develop a client pipeline through networking, referrals, prospecting, and existing relationships.
• Present projects, payment plans, expected returns, and market opportunities.
• Conduct viewings, meetings, and presentations; negotiate and manage transactions through closing.
• Keep current on Dubai communities, launches, developers, pricing, and market trends.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to maximize opportunities and meet or exceed individual targets.

Experience and qualifications

• At least 2 years of Dubai or UAE real estate experience.
• Experience in off-plan and/or secondary sales.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and communities.
• Ability to generate leads, build a client network, achieve targets, and close transactions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
• Additional languages are an advantage, particularly Russian, French, Arabic, German, Spanish, Italian, or Urdu.
