Role overview
The Development Strategy & Delivery Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
The role leads strategic planning and execution of real estate development projects from concept through delivery.
The position aligns projects with company business objectives and market positioning.
Core responsibilities
- Define development roadmaps and conduct market and feasibility analysis.
- Coordinate design and construction teams, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor project performance, optimize processes, and prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Qualifications and skills
- Strong skills in real estate development strategy, project planning, portfolio management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience or capability in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, risk assessment, market research, feasibility studies, and competitive analysis.
- Knowledge of contract review, regulatory compliance, and local real estate laws and approvals in Dubai.
- A bachelor’s degree in real estate, urban planning, engineering, business, or a related field is relevant.
- A master’s degree or professional certification such as RICS or PMP is an advantage.
- Several years in real estate development or investment and experience delivering large-scale or mixed-use projects are beneficial.
