Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, high-complexity Technology and Telecom projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management, system integration, and cross-functional team leadership within client-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Telecom & Technology projects
- Handle project planning, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead multi-technology and cross-functional teams
- Manage client communication, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and delivery best practices
- Drive process improvements and continuous optimization
- Monitor project financials, revenue, billing, margins, and profitability
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Telecom, System Integration, and Service Provider environments
- Expertise in managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in project governance, risk management, and quality assurance
- Strong understanding of project financial management and reporting
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree is an added advantage
