Senior Project Manager - Science & Technology

Qualifications

• A passion for S&T design and demonstrated leadership on major projects.
• Strong business development skills, including significant experience building and maintaining productive relationships with a diverse client base.
• Strong seller-doer capable of generating work and creating long-term relationships and delivering long-term value to clients for Stantec.
• Demonstrated experience leading large multi-disciplinary project teams (internal and external) through all phases of project delivery.
• Comprehensive understanding of project financials and risk management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team building skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Revit and Microsoft Office and ancillary ‘digital’ design tools
• Education and Experience
• Bachelor or Master’s degree of Architecture at an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience with a focus on S&T projects is preferred.
• License to practice Architecture in the state of Colorado is preferred.
• Must have valid Drivers License and clean MVR
