  • Review, organize, and analyze collected data; develop modelling method statements and reports.
  • Perform modelling, validation, calibration, and verification with recognized software and develop solutions.
  • Check others’ modelling work and lead modelling teams to deliver efficient, coordinated outputs.
  • Create CAD and GIS maps presenting hydraulic modelling results.
  • Work with peer engineers, other disciplines, regional teams, sub-consultants, and sub-contractors to complete project tasks and develop constructable solutions.

  • Familiarity with programs involving SGW tunnels, outfalls, and major drainage corridors.
  • Advanced expertise with hydraulic modelling software such as InfoWorks ICM, InfoSWMM, SewerGEMS, or InfoSewer and supporting tools such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS.
  • Professional accreditation such as Chartership, PE, or equivalent from an internationally recognized engineering institution, or working toward it.

Competencies and technical knowledge

  • Knowledge of wet infrastructure design standards in GCC countries and local and international hydraulic modelling and design guidelines, standards, codes, and specifications.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are preferred.
  • Able to develop technical bid methodologies, estimate effort, and identify resources.
