Potential delivery work

  • Potential work may include delivery leadership for rail projects, packages or workstreams across design, procurement, construction, testing and handover.
  • Coordinate design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning into an integrated programme.
  • Partner with clients, operators, consultants, contractors and supply-chain partners.
  • Direct project resources and teams; oversee milestones, commercial performance, project controls and delivery risks.
  • Support governance, contractual compliance, quality assurance, safety and operational readiness.
  • Promote digital delivery, construction-to-production, sustainability and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate testing, handover and operational transition; identify and manage carbon emissions and reductions.

Experience and qualifications

  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in the applicable discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience on rail, metro, high-speed rail or comparable major infrastructure programmes.
  • Strong client-facing, analytical, written communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable delivery processes, standards, systems and governance.
  • Professional membership, chartership or specialist certification is preferred where applicable.
  • UAE or wider GCC experience is advantageous.
