Role and contract

Senior project manager role operationalizing delivery across a complex program.

Contract runs from October 1 through April 30, 2027.

Reliability-level security clearance is specified.

Delivery responsibilities

  • Manage release planning, replanning, scope baselines, sequencing, and delivery structure.
  • Own reporting, RAID registers, dependency tracking, and ADO tooling configuration.
  • Lead a small analyst team and partner with Release PMs, workstream leads, and the IP&D Lead.
  • Surface risks early and maintain an accurate picture of program health.

Required experience and skills

  • Experience delivering or managing delivery on a complex, multi-workstream program with accountability for outcomes.
  • Hands-on release or workstream planning from initiation and active RAID management.
  • Strong ADO configuration knowledge and dependency management across concurrent releases.
  • Experience leading a small team and developing junior analysts or coordinators.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI or equivalent.
  • Use of or developing fluency with AI-assisted tools for reporting or delivery workflows.

Delivery approach

Able to establish processes and systems in an early-stage program where standards are still developing.
