About This Role
Job Purpose
Highly driven and experienced excellence Project Manager to lead initiatives focused on Finance Excellence, Modern Finance Transformation, Finance Data Management, and cross-functional process improvement.
The role will work closely with Enterprise Finance, CIO, Procurement, Human Capital, and other departments to streamline processes, enable data-driven decision-making, and support the transition to a digital, agile finance organization.
Responsibilities

- Drive finance transformation initiatives aligned with corporate strategy and future-ready finance operating models.
- Lead process redesign initiatives to enhance efficiency, automation, and control across finance and other functions.
- Identify gaps and lead continuous improvement opportunities in financial reporting, planning, and operations

- Implement data governance frameworks to ensure integrity, consistency, and availability of finance data.
- Collaborate with data stewards, CIO, and finance teams to define and enforce data standards and quality rules.
- Support master data management and finance system harmonization initiatives.

- Serve as the key link between Finance and departments like CIO, Procurement, Human Capital, and Strategy
- Align priorities and lead initiatives across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report processes etc.
- Facilitate workshops and process documentation with cross-functional teams

- champion continuous improvement through innovation, process discipline, and stakeholder collaboration
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational fundamentals
- Lead project planning, execution tracking, and KPI reporting
- Facilitate decisions and resolve execution barriers efficiently
Professional Certifications
PMP and/or Agile certification required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (e.g.
Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering.
Pref - MBA or Master’s in Finance/Information Systems is preferred.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in finance transformation, ERP implementation, or project management.
- Expertise in process modeling, finance operations, and internal controls.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Pref - 10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or similar Experience in power plant or manufacturing
