Lead the successful delivery of MEP works in line with programme, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction requirements.
Project Leadership and Delivery
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate project teams, specialist subcontractors, and direct workforce to meet milestones and commercial objectives.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships with clients, consultants, main contractors, regulatory authorities, subcontractors, and internal functions.
- Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning through an integrated execution strategy.
- Report project progress, identify risks and challenges, and implement mitigation and recovery plans.
- Safeguard project performance, quality, budget, and delivery commitments.
- Assess and improve mobilized projects, mitigate risks, and drive successful completion.
Experience and Background
- Minimum 20 years of progressive MEP contracting experience, including significant UAE project delivery and senior project leadership.
- Proven leadership and delivery of large-scale, complex, operationally active MEP projects.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, specialist subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders across project lifecycles.
- Experience taking over mobilized projects, assessing project health, improving performance, mitigating risk, and completing delivery.
- Tier 1 MEP contracting experience is highly preferred.
- Major UAE/GCC project delivery experience across building, residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or infrastructure developments is preferred.
