What You'll be Doing
- Lead the development of project plans, including Health and Safety, Quality Control, and execution strategies.
- Define program requirements and ensure all deliverables meet established criteria.
- Assign responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and qualifications.
- Negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors.
- Secure additional work and maintain client relationships.
- Monitor project progress, manage change orders, and address potential delays or cost overruns.
- Coordinate resources across departments to build effective project teams.
- Collaborate with managers to develop budgets, schedules, and project plans.
- Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance processes and promote technical excellence.
- Provide regular progress reports to management and ensure project milestones are met.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in project management and and delivery of infrastructure and master planning projects ideally in Dubai
- Well versed in Project Management principles
- Proactive and problem-solving approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
