Role overview

Must-haves

• A degree or diploma in project management, cosmetics, IT, business, science, or a related field is required.

Pay range

• Anticipated base salary is CAD 100,000 to CAD 115,000; the exact amount depends on experience, skills, education, and budget.

Project management and execution

• Lead multiple complex brand and product launches and communicate status, progress, and risk mitigation to stakeholders.
• Direct product development from scope and deliverables through resourcing, work plans, budgets, and timing across teams.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain alignment, project velocity, and timelines.
• Apply appropriate methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, based on project needs.
• Monitor delivery against schedule, budget, scope, specifications, and intended benefits; ensure project processes are consistently applied.

Communication, risk, and improvement

• Coordinate information flow and decision-making across teams; communicate expectations and escalate information to protect timelines.
• Present executive summaries and recommendations to senior leadership and identify resource or support needs.
• Assess risks, plan mitigation, lead high-risk mitigation meetings, and update the PM tool, Wrike.
• Manage continuous improvement projects and create new process flows with the VP, Brand - Global.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews, document lessons learned, and maintain knowledge of company practices and operations.
