Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver **Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Archiving projects** across industries
• Manage full project lifecycle from **initiation, planning, execution to delivery and support transition**
• Drive implementation of solutions involving:
• **Content lifecycle management**
• **Records management & compliance**
• **Enterprise archiving strategies (structured & unstructured data)**
• Collaborate with **solution architects, consultants, and client stakeholders** to ensure alignment with business requirements
• Oversee integrations with enterprise applications such as: **SAP, Oracle, Microsoft (SharePoint, Azure), and other line-of-business systems**
• Ensure adherence to **information governance, regulatory compliance, and security standards**
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests effectively
• Track and report project progress, KPIs, and delivery metrics to internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and third-party technology providers
• Support **pre-sales activities**, including effort estimation, solution approach, and project planning

Required Skills & Experience

• **5+ years of project management experience**, with a strong focus on **ECM and Archiving solutions**
• Proven track record of delivering **enterprise-scale ECM implementations**
• Hands-on experience with one or more platforms:
• OpenText (Content Suite, Extended ECM, Archive Center)

• Microsoft SharePoint / SharePoint Online

• Other ECM platforms (Documentum, Alfresco, etc.)
• Strong understanding of:
• **Enterprise Information Management (EIM) principles**
• **Document & content lifecycle management**
• **Records management and retention policies**
• **Archiving strategies for compliance and performance optimization**
• Experience working with **integrated enterprise environments (ERP, CRM, HRMS, etc.)**
• Strong stakeholder management skills across **business and IT teams**
• Familiarity with **Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models**
• **PMP, PRINCE2** or equivalent certification (Agile certifications like CSM/PMI-ACP are a plus)
