Role overview

Main responsibilities

• Build relationships with team members, customers, suppliers, in-country representatives, and project partners.
• Lead initiation and planning, including charters and management plans with scope, schedule, cost baselines, risks, and partner registers.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, resources, communications, and partners.
• Keep the team, customer, and partners informed of project status.
• Identify opportunities for additional business growth and complete final project quality assessments.
• Evaluate efficiency and cost improvements, including simplification and process improvement.
• Share industry practices and tools, including Human Performance, Nuclear Safety Culture, CAPAL Corrective Actions Program, and Learning Clocks.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with company quality procedures and the Quality Management System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 8 years of project-manager experience in a technical industry such as engineering, manufacturing, nuclear, or construction.
• Power generation or nuclear-sector experience is valuable.
• Knowledge of Industrial Automation and I&C is valuable.
• Complete the project-manager qualification within the designated period; exemptions may depend on prior training and experience.
• Project-controls certification in scheduling, estimating, earned value, or risk is valuable.
• Must be available to work at Barakah NPP.
