About the Company
We’re building a multi-product Web3 ecosystem spanning decentralized social platforms, crypto wallets, tokenized real-world assets, affiliate networks, gamified community products, and B2B blockchain & AI solutions.
2025 is a heavy execution year with multiple launches, token events, and growth activations.
The Role (Read Carefully)
This is an execution-first Project Manager role.
You will own delivery, not just coordination.
Your job is to keep teams aligned, unblock fast, and ship on time across Web3 products, token launches, and campaigns.
If your background is only Web2, this role is not a fit

What You’ll Own
- End-to-end delivery of Web3 products, token launches, and feature rollouts
- Project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery tracking
- Sprint planning, weekly execution reviews, and stakeholder updates
- Cross-team coordination (engineering, product, design, marketing)
- Risk identification, escalation, and resolution before delays happen
- Clear documentation, dashboards, and delivery status visibility
Hard Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- 5+ years in project / delivery management
- 3+ years hands-on experience in Web3, blockchain, or crypto projects
- Direct involvement in dApp launches, token presales, IDOs, or Web3 campaigns
- Strong experience managing remote, cross-functional teams
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments
- Tools: Notion, ClickUp or Trello, Slack, Google Workspace
- Clear communicator with strong ownership and decision-making ability
Strong Advantage If You Have
- Experience with launchpads, token listings, or exchanges
- Understanding of DeFi, DAOs, NFTs, or token economics
- Previous work in Web3 startups or scale-ups
