Role Description
The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, remote position responsible for leading complex marketing and digital projects from initiation through delivery.
This role oversees project planning, timeline and budget management, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Daily tasks include defining project scopes, setting milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring alignment between creative, technical, and marketing teams.
The Senior Project Manager will track progress, resolve issues, facilitate decision-making, and maintain clear documentation and reporting for internal teams and clients.
This role also contributes to continuous improvement of project management processes and supports mentoring of junior project staff.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Experience with Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of project tasks and deliverables.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate resources, workflows, and dependencies across teams and vendors.
- Inspection experience to review work products, validate quality, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder marketing or digital projects in an agency or similar environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar) and collaboration platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
