Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective project governance
• Develop and implement project management standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Oversee project portfolios, budgets, schedules, risks, and resource allocation
• Monitor project performance and provide executive-level reporting and dashboards
• Support project managers in planning, execution, and successful project delivery
• Establish project controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance processes
• Align project initiatives with organizational goals and strategic priorities
• Drive continuous improvement in project management capabilities across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in PMO management, project portfolio management, or senior project management roles
• Strong knowledge of project governance, portfolio management, and PMO frameworks
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PgMP, PMI-PMOCP, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Jira, or Asana
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and strategic programs simultaneously
