• The project:
• Mace is supporting the delivery of a large‑scale, next‑generation digital infrastructure programme in the region, working alongside a leading developer in the data centre sector.
• The project brings together complex design coordination, fast‑paced delivery and rigorous governance to meet the demands of a mission‑critical environment.
• Our team is applying global best practice in programme, project and commercial management to help shape resilient, future‑ready infrastructure at scale.
• You’ll be responsible for:
• Manages projects from early design to handover, ensuring alignment with scope, budget and programme objectives.
• Coordinates consultants, contractors and stakeholders to deliver integrated, high‑quality outcomes.
• Monitors cost, schedule and risk, maintaining accurate reporting, forecasting and change control.
• Supports procurement, tendering, contract administration and governance processes.
• Builds strong relationships across internal teams, consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, quality and project governance requirements.
• Leads audits, assurance reviews, lessons learned and continuous improvement activities.
• Represents Mace professionally, providing clear updates to senior stakeholders and promoting collaborative, values‑led delivery.
• You’ll need to have:
• Degree qualified with preferred professional accreditation (PMP, MRICS, MAPM).
• Proven Senior Project Manager with strong design, procurement, construction and handover expertise.
• Experienced in client side/PMC environments and embedded roles.
• Skilled stakeholder manager across complex interfaces.
