Role Description
The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that initiatives are planned, resourced, and executed on time, within scope, and within budget.
This part-time role is based in Abu Dhabi in a hybrid setup, combining on-site collaboration with the flexibility to work from home for some tasks.
Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project plans, managing timelines and milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams, and monitoring progress against key performance indicators.
The Senior Project Manager will also manage stakeholder expectations, lead status meetings, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Additional duties include overseeing project documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards, and supporting continuous improvement of project management practices.
Qualifications
- Strong project leadership abilities, with proven experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects.
- Experience working as an Expeditor, with solid understanding of Expediting processes to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and project deliverables.
- Familiarity with Inspection activities, including coordinating and reviewing quality checks to confirm compliance with technical and contractual requirements.
- Demonstrated capability in Logistics Management, including scheduling, coordinating shipments, and optimizing supply chain activities to support project goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related field; advanced certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to risk management and decision-making.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Abu Dhabi, with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively in both on-site and remote settings.
