- Strong bilingual communication skills (Arabic/English).
- Strong experience in

- Expertise in Project Management Methodologies, Policies, and Procedures.
- Proficiency in
SDLC (Waterfall and Agile)

- PMP, Scrum, or Prince2 certification.

- Strong ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the projects
- scope, time, cost, resources, and risks
- .
- Plan, negotiate, and allocate resources while tracking efforts, progress, and timelines.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve objectives.
- Develop and manage
- targeted awareness campaigns
- for change management.
- Facilitate integration projects with
- external entities
- and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and follow up with government entities like
DEDs, Free Zones
, and service providers (e.g.,
Tasheel, Amer
- ) to
- boost Corporate Tax registration
- .
- Plan and execute the
- vendor selection process
- , including RFP development, technical/financial evaluation, and contract monitoring.
- Communicate timely project status to top management through steering committees and review meetings.
- Oversee the preparation and tracking of the
Roadmap/Plan for Boosting Corporate Tax Registration

- Comply with FTA internal and external policies, processes, and guidelines.
