Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale architectural and multidisciplinary projects throughout all project phases.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and key project stakeholders.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, resources and commercial performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining programme and quality objectives.
• Oversee project planning, reporting and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations and quality standards.
• Mentor and support project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for future work.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' experience
• in project management within an architectural, engineering or multidisciplinary design consultancy.
• Proven experience working for a Lead Design Consultant (LDC)
• is essential.
• Demonstrable experience delivering
• large-scale projects across the Middle East
• , ideally including mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, aviation, education, civic or masterplan developments.
• Strong understanding of the full design and project delivery lifecycle.
• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant teams across complex developments.
• Commercially aware with strong programme, budget and risk management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Professional accreditation (PMP, RICS, CIOB or equivalent) would be advantageous.
• Experience using relative software packages.
