Overview
We are working with a globally recognised, design-led interior architecture studio known for delivering exceptional high-end residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
With an established international presence and a reputation for refined, detail-driven work, they are looking to appoint a Senior FF&E Designer to join their London team.
This is a key role within the studio, leading the FF&E process from concept through to installation on prestigious, design-focused projects.
You will take ownership of sourcing, specifying, and curating bespoke furniture, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring each scheme reflects the studio’s signature level of quality and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead FF&E design packages across multiple high-end projects
- Develop and present creative concepts, mood boards, and detailed specifications
- Source bespoke furniture, fabrics, lighting, and accessories from global suppliers
- Manage supplier relationships, pricing, and procurement processes
- Produce detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, and budgets
- Oversee installations and ensure design intent is delivered on site
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and project teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior FF&E role within luxury residential or hospitality design
- Strong design sensibility with a refined eye for detail, materials, and finishes
- Extensive supplier knowledge and experience sourcing bespoke items
- Proficiency in FF&E documentation and specification packages
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, design-driven environment
- All candidates must have a minimum of 10 year's experience in high end residences and hotel.
- They must also be fully trained in Studio Designer.
