About the role

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage software projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate developers, designers, QA engineers, product teams, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential issues and take appropriate action.
• Conduct project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Manage project priorities, resources, and schedules.
• Communicate project requirements and objectives clearly to the team.
• Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in software or IT projects.
• Strong understanding of methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Experience managing software development projects from planning through delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
