Demo Presenter / Client Engagement Executive

About the role

What you will do

• Identify and qualify leads in the market using digital and traditional channels.
• Present and demonstrate company products and services in English and the employee’s local language.
• Conduct online product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Analyze client requirements and tailor IT and software solutions accordingly.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with multinational teams to support project implementation and client satisfaction.
• Follow up with prospective clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and the local language of the employee’s country.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A degree or diploma in an IT field is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.
• Confidence in online demonstrations, follow-ups, and remote teamwork.
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including explaining software solutions clearly to different client types.
• Customer-focused approach and confidence in lead generation, online demonstrations, and follow-ups.
