Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules to guide project execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional team members to ensure seamless project integration.
• Monitor project progress and adapt plans to mitigate risks and issues.
• Lead regular project meetings to communicate updates and gather feedback.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation and tracking of resources.
• Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes within the team.
• Prepare detailed project status reports for management and stakeholder review.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure it is up to date.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management roles.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or another relevant project management qualification.
