Senior Project Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Delivery Manager who can lead complex cross-functional initiatives and ensure projects move from planning to execution with precision.

In this role, you will oversee delivery strategy, coordinate stakeholders across departments, and drive measurable outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic business projects, ensuring milestones, quality expectations, budgets, and timelines are achieved.

Work closely with operations, technical teams, commercial stakeholders, and leadership to align priorities and maintain efficient execution.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement structured improvements that increase productivity, reporting accuracy, and delivery consistency.

Guide and mentor project coordinators and mid-level managers while fostering accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence.

Provide regular project updates, present progress reports, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Proactively identify delivery risks, resolve issues before escalation, and maintain clear visibility into project performance metrics.

7+ years of experience in project management, operations, or delivery leadership, with at least 2 years managing teams or enterprise level initiatives.

Strong experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, leading high-performing teams, and balancing operational priorities in dynamic environments.

Hands-on knowledge of delivery planning, workflow optimization, KPI tracking, reporting systems, and risk mitigation strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present updates, influence decisions, and manage expectations professionally.

You are organized, solution focused, and commercially aware.

You know how to balance speed with quality and can confidently adapt priorities while maintaining delivery excellence.

Pay: QAR18,000.00 - QAR24,000.00 per month
