Senior Project Manager

Project Delivery

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of hyperscale data centre projects.
• Develop execution strategies, phasing plans, and master schedules.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and client requirements.
• Manage full project execution covering time, cost, quality, HSE, coordination, and delivery.

Schedule & Risk Management

• Develop and manage baseline schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Conduct delay analysis, recovery planning, and risk mitigation activities.
• Identify project dependencies and proactively manage constraints.
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery milestones are achieved.

Stakeholder Management

• Manage multidisciplinary teams across Civil, Structural, MEP, IT/ICT, and Commissioning.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and authorities.
• Support commercial teams on claims, RFIs, variation orders, and change management.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong stakeholder communication.

Commissioning & Handover

• Oversee Level 1–5 Testing & Commissioning activities.
• Ensure successful integrated systems testing and operational readiness.
• Drive project documentation, compliance tracking, and handover processes.
• Ensure seamless transition from project delivery to operations.

Reporting & Governance

• Maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools.
• Present project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Improve PMO processes, governance standards, and delivery frameworks.
• Ensure project reporting accuracy and compliance with governance procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 18+ years of project management experience.
• Strong background in hyperscale data centre and mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong expertise in scheduling, delay analysis, and recovery planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of data centre delivery risks, constraints, and operational requirements.
• PMP, PMI-SP, AACE PSP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of Uptime Institute and ASHRAE standards is an advantage
